 The date of dispatch of the order depends on the time of placing the order. Orders placed by 2 p.m. on a working day are processed on the same working day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. or on a day off will be processed on the next business day.

Complaints

Complaints are processed by correcting the sales invoice or replacing it with brand new goods. The basis for the complaint is to fill in the complaint form and attach it to the advertised products.

The warranty period is valid from the date of issue of the commercial document by Telcon Sp. zoo.

Sale products are not covered by the warranty.

Warning! We do not accept cash on delivery parcels.

The warranty does not cover mechanical and intentional damage.
