Shipping cost to islands belonging to countries: France, Portugal, Spain, Greece, Italy, Malta are determined individually and given in the final amount by the sales representative before the order is processed.

The date of dispatch of the order depends on the time of placing the order. Orders placed by 2 p.m. on a working day are processed on the same working day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. or on a day off will be processed on the next business day.

Complaints

Complaints are processed by correcting the sales invoice or replacing it with brand new goods. The basis for the complaint is to fill in the complaint form and attach it to the advertised products.

The customer sends back the claimed goods at his own expense.

The warranty period is valid from the date of issue of the commercial document by Telcon Sp. zoo.

Sale products are not covered by the guarantee and are not returnable.

Warning! We do not accept cash on delivery parcels.

The warranty does not cover mechanical and intentional damage.

Completed complaints and corrections are sent to the customer with the next order placed, or at the customer's express request.
