Integration with sales platforms

I. Basic informations

The integration of online stores with wholesalers is a process that allows you to achieve many benefits.

The automation of basic processes save store employees from the tedious and long-term transfer of information related to the offer between the wharen hous  and the store.

The basic benefits is automation of such tasks as:

• Download current prices and stocks
• Download selected or all photos
• Export of product photos (single or full package)
• Retrieval of relevant product data
• Integrations can be done using csv, xml files.

 II. Technical informations

Data exchange (export) is based on dedicated or universal CSV files.

The files are update every 30 minutes to 1 day (depending on  the file verision and custommer needs).

In order to take full advantage of the integration possibilities, the client should have appropriate store software,  but in a situation where it only needs to download selected data for the purposes of other (not automated) activities can download a simple version of the csv file, and open the file in the selected editor to use the data contained in it.

III. File parameters and download conditions

We have 4 types of files for our clients:

1. General - the file can be downloaded by any customer - without the need to receive an individual link.

It allows you to download product photos for any use in your own platforms, sales accounts.

2. Detailed - a file additionally containing product descriptions, information about availability and the wholesale price.

Due to the presentation of the basic wholesale price - the file is intended only for customers registered with Telcon and the link to this file can be sent after completing the attached form.

The link to the file is sent within 1 business day of submitting the form.

3. Full individual - the file is prepared on the basis of the application received from the client and is sent directly to the e-mail address.

It contains all the data as a detailed file, but instead of the basic wholesale price, it contains individual customer prices (i.e. with discounts)

therefore, it is sent only to the customer who completes the form, has an account in our warehouse and set price lists with discounts.

The file is prepared within 3 business days.

4. Detailed according to the scheme for CENEO.PL - the file is prepared on the basis of the application received from the client and is sent directly to the e-mail address

It contains all the data as a detailed file and is created in accordance with the synchronization scheme used by CENEO.PL

Due to the fact that the price list includes wholesale prices, we send it only to the customer who completes the form, has an account in our warehouse.

It is also possible to prepare an individual price list (with individual customer discounts) in a scheme consistent with CENEO.PL

5.  Sky-Shop integration
